Travel services, bookings, experiences, and packages are not covered under this policy and are governed by separate booking terms and conditions.

  • Items returned after this period will not be accepted

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition, with tags intact

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Show no signs of damage, stains, or alteration

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
